All storm drains in this section of Mirror Lake Drive connect to a
Vortechs® unit.Storm water from the steeply graded Saranac
Avenue, Swiss Road, Interlaken, and Lake Street is also channeled
through this system. In 2005 a fifth unit was installed in the
newly reconstructed Mid's (Band shell) Park. This unit now treats
more of Main Street's storm water including the wash from Hayes
(formerly Park) Street and the Palace Theater hill.
