Storm Drain Stenciling

MLWA volunteers stencil approximately ## storm drains in the
watershed to draw attention to the fact that street debris flushes
directly to Mirror Lake. This project has to be repeated at least
once a season as wear from tires, salt, etc. reduces the legibility of
the stenciling over time.
